WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator JD Vance (R-OH) has opened an application process for Federal District Court vacancies in Ohio. Two vacancies are outstanding at this time: one at the Northern District of Ohio, and one at the Southern District of Ohio.
Application documents can be downloaded here. Applications must be emailed to JudicialApplications@vance.senate.gov.
U.S. District Court judges are nominated by the President of the United States and must be confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
